All orders placed between Monday-Friday (before 3pm EST) will ship with FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery. Any orders placed over the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day for delivery on the following day.
Please note that a signature is required at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
How long is my return window?
You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days from delivery date. After the 7 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
The only items eligible for return are in stock pieces excluding watches and custom work. There is a 10% restocking fee for existing pendants, rings bracelets and chains.
What is your return guideline?
All returned items must be unworn and undamaged, there should be no scratches or any signs of wear on any of the jewelry; the product should not have been altered in any way.
All the original packaging must be intact, including original certificates where applicable.
Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special order, such as custom mountings, engraved and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange at any time.
Are returns free?
The return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer. Our recommended shipping carriers are UPS, Federal Express
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives back to us, it can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be processed.
Payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way. Payments received by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
